Online Ordering System Functionality and Benefits

Our online ordering system provides a tool to accomplish obtaining quotes, submitting jobs, re-ordering jobs, specifying credit card payment if desired, designating shipping information, and checking invoice history, all available 24/7 from any device with Internet access including computers, laptops, netbooks, iPads, and mobile phones with browser capability.

The system is easy to use and convenient. It insures production accuracy because you enter your own specifications. You can obtain screen PDF proofs to review your job.

The system reduces production time because it creates an automated workflow. Customized print products can be created for specific jobs and customized portals can be created for individual customers.


Using the Online Ordering System             

The online ordering system requires print-ready high resolution PDF files. Instructions for creating PDF files for maximum quality on our presses are located on our Resources page. The customer landing page contains a tab entitled Tutorials which contains instructional videos with step-by-step instructions for using the online system.

There also is a tab entitled Tips and Tricks which contains suggestions for maximizing quality and cost savings using the online ordering system.

We encourage you to watch the videos and read the Tips and Tricks for the best online ordering experience. The system is a work in progress and is constantly being improved with new features.
